Project: Bathroom Renovation

Interior design work undertaken in collaboration with
French Touch Building.

A renovation of an existing bathroom where the original layout separated the toilet from the main space. The design reconfigured both areas into a single, more generous and functional bathroom, allowing for a larger bath and improved circulation.

The project prioritised smart design decisions to meet the client’s budget while maximising both functionality and visual impact. A restrained material palette was elevated through carefully selected details, adding warmth, texture, and character to the space.

Design & Project Involvement

Design & Planning

Assisted in the initial design meeting and interpretation of the client brief
Redesign of the bathroom layout to improve spatial flow and functionality
Selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings
Preparation of mood boards and design presentations
Development of layout plans and construction documentation
Assistance with project quoting and budgeting
Coordination with suppliers for product selections and lead times

On Site & Coordination

Regular site visits throughout construction
Ongoing communication with the builder and trades to ensure design intent was followed
Design clarifications and problem-solving during construction
Follow-up on deliveries, timelines, and on-site requirements
Regular communication with the client, providing updates and addressing variations or changes
