PALO HOME

A full renovation of an old fisherman’s house by the beach, converted into an Airbnb property. The project included a complete layout redesign, adding two bathrooms and an additional bedroom, and reworking the house almost from scratch.

The design reflects the vibrant coastal character of the neighbourhood while maintaining a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.

DESIGN & PLANNING

Client meetings and development of the design brief
Full redesign of the existing layout to suit a new Airbnb use

ON-SITE & COORDINATION

STYLING & HANDOVER

Interior styling and final presentation of the space
Quality checks to ensure all works were completed to a high standard
Final detailing and finishing touches
Preparation of the house for Airbnb use
Client walkthrough and project handover
