LENNOX HEAD

A bathroom renovation focused on creating a calm, distinctive, and contemporary space.

The design uses a soft, neutral palette layered with subtle pink accents, light timber tones, and varied textures to add warmth and visual interest. The layout was redesigned to accommodate a larger vanity and an open shower, replacing the original L-shaped shower screen to improve flow and functionality.

DESIGN & PLANNING

Assisted in the initial design meeting and interpretation of the client brief
Redesign of the bathroom layout to improve spatial flow and functionality
Selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, and fittings
Preparation of mood boards and design presentations
Development of layout plans and construction documentation
Assistance with project quoting and budgeting
Coordination with suppliers for product selections and lead times

ON-SITE & COORDINATION

Regular site visits throughout construction
Ongoing communication with the builder and trades to ensure design intent was followed
Design clarifications and problem-solving during construction
Follow-up on deliveries, timelines, and on-site requirements
Regular communication with the client, providing updates and addressing variations or changes
